Guitar Music :)

I got my first guitar lesson Monday (well, not the FIRST, I had a few last year, but that's another story) and my teacher gave me four songs to work on until my next lesson.  Here they are... with my little comments...

Jar of Hearts by Christina Perri
This is actually the hardest song she gave me... the vocals are...ok I guess, but it's all the complicated chord changes.  It's funny because my friends thinks that the strum patterns come easier to her than the chord changes, but the chord changes come really easily to me... except for this song :P  but I like it, it's really pretty :)

Smile by Uncle Kracker
This song has a funny story behind it (well, at least I think it's funny...)...
So, at the beginning of the school year, I loved this song.  My friend Lydia thought it was annoying.  I listened to it every day during Prep class.  Eventually, I got tired of it, and I think it's annoying, also.  But now my teacher wants me to learn it. :P

I heard this song on the radio a couple times... wasn't my favorite song ever... but I think it's pretty now.. :)

Our Song by Taylor Swift
I absolutely LOVEE this song!! Can't wait to learn it!!! <3 :)

Recently I started to teach myself the guitar...  I'm now working on my first song: When You Say Nothing At All by Alison Krauss :)

 also, my sister is helping me with it...shes been playing since July...
